Please refer to the size chart. For half sizes, we recommend the larger size. For wider feet, one size larger may be more comfortable.

Measure foot length while standing from the heel to the longest toe. Small deviations (approx. 0.5–1 cm) are possible.

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return
  • Items should be in original or close-to-original condition

  • Returns are handled by mail only — we don't offer in-person drop-off
  • Clothing Scene covers return shipping when the error is ours; you cover it for change-of-mind returns or exchanges
  • We never charge a restocking fee
