How to Take Your Measurements

Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and comfortably snug rather than tight.
Waist: Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest point of your torso, typically just above the belly button.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
Shoulder: Run the tape horizontally across your back, from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other.

Usage

Putting on: Place the goggles over your eyes and secure the rubber band behind your head – ensure a snug fit.
Adjusting: Individually adjust the nose bridge and straps until the goggles fit snugly and comfortably without allowing water in.
Inserting earplugs: Before entering the water, insert the included earplugs to keep water out effectively.

Pro tip: Rinse the lenses with clear water after each use and let them air dry – this keeps the anti-fog coating effective for a longer time.
