  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.
  • Shoulder: Run the tape horizontally across your back, from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other.

Measurement tolerance: Slight deviations of 1–3 cm may occur due to manual measurement and production processes.

Odor upon receipt: A slight odor immediately after unpacking is possible and technically related. Remove the item completely from the packaging and hang it in a well-ventilated place for 24 hours – the odor usually disappears on its own.

Wrinkles after shipping: Slight wrinkles may occur due to transport and packaging. Hang the jacket on a hanger and treat it with light steam from a distance, or alternatively, hang it in the bathroom with warm steam.
